2023 WANDA PRESENTATION NIGHT
Wow, what a night Wanda! Our Director of Facilities, Brett Thatcher was awarded the C.V. Forshaw Trophy for Most Consistent Member (Trophy Donor, the Forshaw Family) and Rome Southwell the Volunteer Member of the Year Award (Trophy Donor, the Buckley Family).
Thanks to Nathan Spinner – President, Denny Rowlands – Captain and Greg Pierce – Director of Surf Sports for hosting the evening. Carmelo Pesce (SSC Mayor), Steven Pearce AFSM (SLS NSW), Doug Hawkins (SLSS), Dennis McHugh (Tradies), Wanda Life Members and our Trophy Donors attended our celebration awards evening.
We congratulate the many recipients of the lifesaving and surf sports awards and were pleased to announce the winners of the “Snow Trip” Patrol competition.
