TRADIES S2S WORKFORCE

Excitement is building and preparations are underway for the Tradies Sutherland 2 Surf . On Sunday 18 July, 2021 we’ll be celebrating 50 years of the Sutherland 2 Surf.

We’d love to have some more members involved with our 50 year event and have a range of workforce opportunities available including social media, first aid, traffic control and graphic design. On Course Manager

Are you interested in liaising with Police, Council, traffic control organisations and learning about HVM (Hostile Vehicle Assessment) then this is definitely for you. Our current position holder is stepping down after the 2021 S2S so we are looking for someone to come in and shadow/learn the ropes and then make the role their own in 2022. Traffic Controllers

Every year regulations change around the amount of qualified traffic controllers needed at road closures and we need your help to control these areas for S2S. If you’re interested in doing the Traffic Controllers course and are able to volunteer for the S2S Sunday 18^th July 2021 please let us know. If you’d like to be involed, please fill in the form below.

First Aid

This involves organising club members to volunteer at the first aid stations along the S2S course, liaise with St John ambulance, organise equipment and interface with emergency services where necessary. If you’d like to be involed, please fill in the form below.

REDESIGN THE S2S LOGO COMPETITION

We’re currently looking for a new spin on the S2S logo to celebrate our 50^th year – there’s cash up for grabs for the best design!

The Brief:

The prize for the winning logo is a $200 Visa Card. The closing date for proposed designs is Monday 7th December at 5:00pm.

Logo requirements:

Area for sponsors name – Tradies
High res scaling to fit on a medal and up to A2 poster size.
Suitable for all media – online, social media, profile image, high-resolution print, newspaper print, t-shirt print, black and white to be available as well
Wording to incorporate “Celebrating 50 years”
Running man to be included (lifesaving cap, in red/yellow)
Wanda Red, Navy Blue and Light Blue to be included
