AWARD NOMINATIONS – DUE FRIDAY 24 APRIL 2020
Life Membership & Distinguished Service Awards
- We are now calling for nominations for Life membership and Distinguished service awards for members who have been a member for 15 years and performed exceptional service to the club for 12 years.
- All nominations must now be on the new forms available which needs to be completed correctly with all information enclosed.
- Nominations for Life Membership are for members who hold a Bronze Medallion and the Distinguished service award is for members who do not hold a bronze.
- All nominations must be sent to Director of Administration by email john_dec@iinet.net.au. All nominations are confidential. If you need assistance emailing the nomination(s), please contact the Wanda Office 9523 4343.
- Nominations will close on Friday 24th April 2020.

25 and 50 Year Service Awards
- Reminder to all members if you have done 25 or 50 years service to Surf Lifesaving, you are eligible for the awards which we present at the Annual General Meeting. If you are due to receive these awards can you please advise John De Cean OAM at john_dec@iinet.net.au or contact the office.
- Advice is to be received no later than Friday 24th April 2020.
