BRITNEY PIERCE QUALIFIES FOR 2019/20 NUTRI-GRAIN SERIES

 

Wanda was well represented in the qualifying round of the Nutri-Grain Iron Series at Coolum on 7 and 8 September. Congrats to Nathan Jay, Noah Steiner, Carla Papac, Taylor Puskaric and Britney Pierce who all put in a superb effort over the weekend with some tough racing amongst Australia’s elite athletes. Congrats to Carla on finishing 17th in the final.

Congrats to Britney who placed 2nd overall and secured her place in the series. Wanda hasn’t been represented in the Iron Woman Series since Olympic Swimmer Stacey Gartrell in the 90s, so this is a massive achievement. We can’t wait to watch Britney compete over the course of 5 rounds for the glory of being crowned the Nutri-Grain IronWoman Champion!
