ADVANCED RESUSCITATION TECHNIQUES (ART)
Course Description
Candidates are trained in the use of oxygen as therapy, airway management devices and automated external defibrillators. They are given the skills and knowledge necessary to respond to an emergency situation.

The Bronze Medallion
Course Structure
The ART award is usually held over 4 evening sessions of approximately 3 hours each. They are timed to occur after a Bronze medallion course so newly-trained ‘bronzies’ can do a further award.
DATES
- Tuesday 1 December 2020 – 6-9pm
- Thursday 3 December 2020 – 6-9pm
- Tuesday 8 December 2020 – 6-9pm
- Thursday 10 December – 6pm & Assessment at 7:30pm
