The emphasis is on general strength & fitness. For those of you who have your own Programs or are playing Winter sports, only use the Wanda Sessions if you need to. So if you are doing plenty of running, playing netball, football etc you may not need to do our Run Sessions or maybe just do 1 of them.

It’s important to have a balance and not overdo things but this is the time to concentrate on and improve those Areas where you are deficient.
