Roster Duty: Sunday Febuary 12th

Beach Set U10 parents (8am start)

BBQ Duty U9parents (10am start)

Nippers Of the Week U9's & 10's 12noon
BBQ Duty:
10.00am start - food ready to serve from 11.00 am. Key tasks:
* clean BBQ area thoroughly (cleaning materials - in kitchen or bar)
* source food & utensils from downstairs kitchen
* ensure nippers are kept clear of cooking area at all times
* Money is to be taken at the bar area - tokens are issued.
* food is exchanged for tokens at the BBQ
Beach Set Up:
8.00am start key tasks include.
* erect sponsors feathers & signage
* setting up the running track U8-U14, 75m x 8 lanes (100m x 25m area)
* setting up running track U6 & U7 (50m x 50m)
* marking out the flags areas 15m x 25m
* set the water areas under the guidance of the water safety officer
* if required - erect tents for shade on the beach
* return all gear to the sheds at the end of the events
